24/7 Support: A highly experienced and qualified staff member resides on-site to ensure the well-being of residents and enforce residence regulations.
Convenient Location: Overlooking the school grounds, our residence eliminates the need for a personal vehicle for most daily needs. Young Street, Toronto’s main thoroughfare, is just a minute’s walk away, offering easy access to public transportation. Additionally, numerous amenities are within walking distance, including supermarkets, restaurants, a shopping mall, and sports clubs.
Comfortable and Modern Accommodations: Private rooms with access to shared reception and kitchen areas provide a comfortable living space. A spacious backyard offers a place to relax and socialize.
Inclusive Fees: The monthly residence fee of $1,350 (based on a one-year contract) covers utilities, internet access, and daily breakfast (including milk, eggs, bread, cheese, butter, jam, tea, and coffee).
Optional Meal Plan: A weekday meal plan (Monday-Friday) featuring lunch and dinner is available for an additional $700 per month.
Payment Structure: A six-month security deposit is required upfront, encompassing the first month’s rent and the last five months of the contract. Subsequent monthly payments are due on the first of each month.
